What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For standard products the MOQ is around 500 units per model and color. Custom OEM/ODM branding projects usually start at 1,000 units. Samples of single units can be arranged for evaluation.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. As a factory-direct manufacturer we offer both: OEM with your logo, packaging and manuals; and ODM where our in-house engineers customize housing, firmware and app features based on your requirements. Send us your drawings, samples or ideas and we will evaluate feasibility and cost.
What is your production lead time?
Samples are typically ready in 3–7 working days. Mass production normally takes 15–25 days after deposit and artwork confirmation, depending on quantity and customization. Lead times for peak season are confirmed when the order is placed.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are CE, FCC and RoHS compliant. For other markets we can support third-party certification such as UKCA, PSE or UL/ETL through our testing partners as part of the OEM/ODM project.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance before shipment. Trade Assurance orders and PayPal for samples are also accepted; terms for large volume orders can be discussed.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the shipment date covering manufacturing defects. Spare parts and technical support are available, and warranty claims are handled by our after-sales team within 24/7 response hours.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. Our products go directly from our production lines to you — no trading-company markup.
